FNB Fiduciary - GROSS Dereliction of Duty

FNB Fiduciary even though the executor is supposed protect the moveable and immoveable assets of the estate they have failed to do so. In this particular case they knew that the house had been sold however, the executor failed to secure the motor vehicle and ensure the safety of it by removing the vehicle from the premises and putting it into storage. The car unbeknown by the executor, was taken by another party (not the heir or beneficiary) who had no vested interest in the car and they drove it to another province and had the car in their possession for two years to use and abuse. Not once did the executor ask for the car keys to be handed in. They in actual fact **** to the heir / sole beneficiary when she asked where the car was and how the car got to Port Elizabeth they avoided the questions. They are still avoiding how an additional 7000 plus kilometers was accrued on the odometer. The executor does not see anything wrong with this!! Think twice before you appoint them as executors!!!
