FNB Fiduciary - Gross Dereliction Of Duty

I wrote a review warning people to stay away from using FNB Fiduciary services due to GROSS DERELICTION OF DUTY BY THE EXECUTOR `S NICKY BOTHA.

WELL WHAT CAN WE SAY!!! , The Head Of FNB FIDUCIARY Client Services Heather Muller , responded privately asking me email her . I did so on the 2nd of May2022 and she received an auto out of office reply within a few minutes saying she has limited access to email. THAT WAS 7 DAYS AGO!!!

I then sent her a sms at 10:23 on Friday 06 May2022 asking for an update and also an acknowledgement to my email. Guess what this message too has been ignored. She is the head of client services and surely she should be or is supposed to be setting an example for her junior staff - what an example she is setting by saying you do not have to acknowledge emails, respond to them or to messages. Wow, I would love to have a job like this where you can do what you want and be paid handsomely for ignoring emails, sms etc. Maybe, someone should inform Heather Muller, that too many complaints and service like hers is can be very detrimental for a business .

AGAIN PATHETIC SERVICE BESIDES THE GROSS DERELICTION OF DUTY BY THE EXECUTOR!!! GIVING AWAY THE HEIR`S ASSET TO 3RD PARTIES WHO HAD NO RIGHT TO IT.
