FNB Fiduciary failed me in time of need

FNB Fiduciary failed me.

My name is Lucky Zuma and I lost my wife July 2021. She had a last will and testament with FNB. I contacted them after she passed and they requested a lot of documentation that I submitted to them so they can finish her estate. They started sending me from pillar to post , changing the consultant that was helping with the case claiming the previous had resigned of re-assigned and I had to supply more documents. The names of the people that I sent emails but never got to help me with closing the case were Yvette Ramsunder, Candice May, Bongiwe Mudau and Lindeka Hini. All of them were or still FNB employees. I still have all the correspondence emails that I sent to them. I would like some help with regard to my problem since it’s been almost 5 years now and nothing has been done.
