FNB Fiduciary dragging their feet

Firstly if I could give a 0 I would.

My father passed away last year in July, and FNB was nominated the executor, what a **** show I have been experiencing and still am.

You can search online for FNB Fiduciary and see what a mistake it is to go through them. I honestly tell anyone I meet not to go through them. This experience is making me question staying with FNB in the first place.

I have now been assigned to 3 separate agents, each one getting progressively worse than the last. After I passed down the first time, I was told that they didn’t have the will, which I had to RESCAN and send again. After doing this with multiple documents and apparently having the “master of the court” ask for some documents I was passed along to another agent only for all those files and documents to be lost at the master of court and needed to be sent again. I’ve phoned each agent multiple times when they were assigned to me just so I could get this process sorted and honestly start to heal from the loss of a father, but these calls would either go unanswered, not go through or the agent not being very helpful.

They say there’s a backlog at the master’s court but my thing is why is there a backlog only when we have money being owed to my brother and me? Yes, I understand that the past two years have been a nightmare for a lot of families but FNB Fiduciary department makes the nightmare worse, by dragging their feet and not answering you unless you send countless emails or they are always out of the office.

So this being said, It is honestly a horrible service with absolutely horrible agents who don’t know how to do their job because my questions go unanswered or answered in the shortest way possible. I want answers; I want what is mine that FNB is gatekeeping from me.

FNB says: "how can we help you" but it’s more like “how can we make you suffer more.”
