FNB FIDUCIARY - NOT HELPFUL, NOT EFFICIENT, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL They don’t give feedback, they don’t give the correct information and they over promise and under deliver. Estate registered 19 March 2025. Certificate of balance issued 31 July 2025. To date my loved one’s account still not closed. They don’t get back to me, every time I call or email I must send new docs and every time I get told to wait 7-14 days again. Well I’m tired of waiting now…… come on FNB, you are supposed to be a professional institute!!! Seems like “how can I help you” has now become “how can I not help you”
