FNB FIDUCIARY DEPARTMENT

I am a pensioner - 80 years old - and want to express my utmost dissatisfaction and frustration with the Fiduciary department of FNB. My wife died recently, and I have to deal with 6 different employees and everyone requesting different information and documents. You just get passed on from one employee to another and no one is willing or capable to take responsibility to deal with this matter. If you have a will, make sure you not dealing with FNB because you going to experience many issues and frustrations from their employees. Never experienced so much red tape from a big bank that is supposed to help you as a customer.
