Worse of the worse service I have experience

My father pass on in September i have started the process to withdraw all the savings money out of his FNB savings account, to start provide for my sick mother in a wheelchair. Every time when i phone they say 6 working days.

Process started on 23 November 2023 - count six working days and that is without Saturdays then i should have had an answer by 1 December 2023.

We are now on 14 working days still no answer. I will make sure not to safe any money with FNB ever again.
