FNB Fiduciary - CUSTOMER SERVICE DISGUSTING

We are relatives claiming from a deceased estate, the service level is shocking. We were initially told payment will be taking place between 6 - 8 weeks, we were told to go and get do***entation filled in then certified etc. All do***entation was sent through, then we were told more do***entation needs to be filled in and get certified, we were told just go to any FNB and they will certify the do***entation that was given to us from FNB Fiduciary, this branch we went to was absolutely shocked that they were asked to fill in this do***entation by any FNB branch, as they cannot just sign do***entation they know nothing about, that took about half an hour to sort out. We then sent the do***entation through to FNB Fiduciary, we were then told they need proof of address, we stated that we lived with my mother, and what do we need to submit for this, her rates account etc, we were then mailed and told an affidavit from my mom stating we live with her and her rates account. We did this, then we get told no they also need her i.d certified as well, which the lady did not state the day before in her e-mail. They have called two of us ***** that they did inform us even though we have it in black and white proof that FNB did not ask for this. Every week we get told payment will be happening, and every week there is a new excuse. We have wasted so much time, money and petrol riding around trying to get do***entation through to them. Their manager is too busy to get back to us. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT OPEN A TRUST WITH FNB, all the stress and getting treated like we are *******, it really is not worth the aggrevation. We still have not been told in English, or proper terms what has been deducted. This whole process has been a headache and aggrevation to the whole family.
