FNB Fiduciary - Appalling Service
FNB Deceased Estate has been one of the most non-responsive businesses I have dealt with. I lost my brother in August 2021 and submitted all necessary documentation but the bank can't even provide a closing statement for his accounts or even just respond to email follow-ups. Could this be a deliberate strategy to wear out next of kins so deceased clients' balances can just disappear or contribute to profits maybe!?
