FNB Fiduciary

My mother was a FNB Private Client and had her will drafted with them. She sadly passed on in June and my brothers and I have been trying to get her estate administered through FNB as they are the appointed executors. It’s been nothing short of a nightmare as emails are not acknowledged or responded to slowly. The estate administration’s phone always goes to voicemail so calling doesn’t help. My brothers were financially dependent on my mother and these delays are causing a financial burden on me as I have to step up and take care of them while we wait in the dark and not know what’s happening with my mother’s estate.
