FNB Fiduciary

I have been a FNB customer for almost 30 years and have always received great service. I have referred new customers and have always recommend this bank. Unfortunately, I cannot express the same opinion about the fiduciary department in Menlyn. My father in law passed away 7 months ago and our experience with FNB fiduciary has been extremely unpleasant and disrespectful.
