FNB FICA : Within 5 calendar days

Email from FNB: Please contact our FICA Helpdesk on *** within the next 5 calendar days, after date of this mail and provide the following documentation:

How is it possible that they expect me to do this in 5 calendar days, when it takes them 3 to 4 working days to deliver a new Credit Card? Mail was on a Friday. Tried to verify the email, customer care will reply in 24-48 business hours, also possibly longer than the response time given to me.
