FNB FICA THREAT AND NO HELP!!!!

They contacted me via SMS to ask for FICA documents (for whatever reason!) and for the last 10 days I have been trying to call them, via THE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME, just be have the call drop after being on hold for an average of 20 minutes and if I get through, they don't know what they are doing. HERE YOU HAVE A BANK that says they will freeze your account if you don't send them docs,BUT NO ONE CAN HELP OR WANT TO HELP AND THAT I IIIIFFFFF YOU CAN GET THROUGH!!! I need assistance and FNB doesn't want to give it.
