Fnb FICA saga

There is 6 problem at the Fnb FICA department. They request information from the client and then do not acknowledge receipt of the the documents received. They do not comment on the documents that you sent and then a week later they request entirety different information.. If you phone them and are lucky enough for them to answer the phone you will speak to a different person each time who requests completely different information from the other. After about 2 months this harassment they will put a hold on your bank account saying that you haven't comp**** with the FICA requirements and when you phone them you get a different requirement, depending on which person you speak to. They do not work through the client's private banker. A shambles.
