FNB FICA not compliant

For the last five years I have been battling to get FNB to update my current address and went through the FICA process. I have four accounts with four different addresses and not one is mine. I have sent certified proof of address and ID documents in December and still not updated. To date I am to get any response to my three emails, FICA is a waste of time
