FNB & Fica non-stop notifications

I have been having ongoing issues with FNB and FICA. I have a business account with FNB and I keep getting constant emails and app notifications to update my fica information. I have called them a number of times, and they said that it is all up to date, but I keep getting all these notifications. I tried calling them again and again, but they cannot seem to put me through to the correct person???? What on earth is going with FNB and these Fica notifications???? I need someone to sort this out asap! Terrible service from FNB!
