FNB FICA NIGHTMARE

I am terribly upset with FNB - the bank I have trusted for years with my money has now spontaneously decided to block my account due to FICA. Despite having more than 20 sent emails to all the various addresses I received from the countless times I had to phone the call centre, waste my airtime and be degraded by the absolutely rude and unhelpful staff. One woman I spoke to actually laughed at me when I mentioned being scared of not having access to my salary because I am a single mother with no other financial support. Being told that "You people have been sending so many E-Mails that we cannot look to find yours". Ten days passed after this, I assumed the issue was resolved as I am used to getting no feedback other than negative from FNB and now all of a sudden, just before payday, my account is blocked. Now I have to somehow find a way to the bank on a Saturday just so I can beg to have access to MY OWN MONEY. I have a funeral plan and a law on call plan with FNB as well which I will immediately be stopping, seeing as I am going to be at the bank anyway because I am just so absolutely disappointed and horrified at the service I have received. Surely all your business doesn't come from the elite, surely we working-class people who don't earn millions also deserve to be treated with dignity and respect? Is this what it has come to? Honestly, after this I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
