FNB FICA - KYC Department Pathetic service

FNB so called FICA - KYC department is pathetic in turn around time. My account was put on hold on the 22 Feb 2022 due to FICA compliance document requirement which I submitted on the 26 Feb. I even deposited money into the account on the 26 Feb and till today I still have no access to my account how on earth am I suppose to survive ?

Compliance is all good and am not against that but if it affects our livelihood as a small business owner I don’t agree completely; to make matters worse the business manager has no answers.

We need banks that we understand the struggle of running a small business and make life easy to do so, FNB does not care.
