FNB FICA is a joke.

FNB wants me to update my son`s fica (minor) but and of course if I don't comply the account will be locked. I cannot do anything on his online profile as it is now locked and you haven't explained what doc`s you need? How about letting me know exactly what you need, I can then upload it on his profile or send it to you, is that too much to ask?
