FNB FICA freezing of all accounts

We have banked with FNB for over 30 years. Both business and personal. We were asked to complete FICA documents. No due date given. I had submitted but some of the supporting documentation was not complete. FNB locked all our accounts with no notice. We could not pay after eating a meal with any FNB account. Thank goodness we had a credit card from another bank. Unacceptable. Very disappointed.
