FNB FICA Division freezes NPO Account

On the 9th of February we got an SMS informing us that our account was frozen due to outstanding FICA documents. We contacted them and asked which documents. After waiting for a week and no answer I contacted the local branch at Margate. They informed me that we needed to submit two more documents, which I promptly did. This was more than 2 weeks ago. In the meantime I have no response from this division, and the account is still frozen. The local branch said they are unable to intervene as FNB FICA has total control. I have phone, the branch have phoned and now almost a month later still no resolution to this matter. We are an registered NPO with a very small income through donations. We have salaries to pay and creditors to pay. Wake up FNB! You cannot just freeze an account. The money belongs to us - not you!!!!!! I tried everything. Now I hope this will get their attention!!!
