FNB FICA Disaster

My account was frozen due to FICA documents outstanding. I went into the Tygervalley FNB branch on Monday 14/11/2016 to provide the necessary documents. The lady that assisted was helpful and ascertained that the hold on my account would be lifted in 48hours.

On Friday, in an attempt to use my card I went online and noticed that it was still not corrected. After receiving absolutely NO HELP from the Helpline who advised that an EMAIL will be sent in my behalf, I went into the Tygervalley branch on Monday 21/11/2016 and the same story was given- a email will be escalated to the particular KYC department.

So after a whole week the lovely lady confirmed that my account is FICA compliant but that "someone" didn't remove the hold on my account and it is still frozen.

She apologized and said it would take another 24hours and I would receive an email... well it's now in total 192 hours later and I did what I needed to but I can't make use of my card...I still have not received an email and honestly FNB... you are not helpful at all!!!

I expect an answer ASAP because this is now disgusting!!!

FNB how can we help you?? What a joke! How about unfreezing my account and keeping to your promises- 24 to 48 hours what a load of ****!!
