Fnb fica department Avril De Villiers

On the 8th of June I called 8 times to sort out my fica documents on my profile. No one were able to assist me until eventually I spoke to Mrs Avril de Villiers of FNB Fica department. She was the only person that were able to help me and I was very very grateful for her professional and sufficient service. I'm sure she will teach the rest of the fica department how to deal with the problem I had. Thank you so much for the excellent service you gave me and for understanding me after I've been talking with 7 different people that was not able to assist me properly.
