The worst bank ever

I emailed all documents for fica registration 9/11/2020, woke up today and my account is frozen, call the number they gave me waited 20 minutes just to hear they transfer my call to the correct department because they can't help me just to wait another 15 minutes to hear a just have to email again, like what happened to the first email and what difference will the second email make? Then got transferred to help desk just to say i have to go in to an Fnb branch, get to the branch just to hear the people been waiting for fica assistance for longer then 2 hours already? Like I've been an Fnb client for 8 years now. So going into day to with a frozen account absolutely useless
