FNB FICA

Good Day,

This is my second Post on FNB Facebook page regarding the same matter:
I am one of those unfortunate, not important enough customers who is victimized with FICA documents... I have formally submitted my FICA documents via email, and 20 days after that, my account was then frozen, leaving me at a petrol station with an unpaid bill...
I then went to a local branch and formally submitted my FICA documents again, and the account was unfrozen. 30 Days later, I now received another SMS stating that my account will be frozen in 30 days if FNB does not receive my FICA documents?

Am I missing the point here? Why do I need to keep sending and submitting FICA documents? Why must I call in, and wait 23 minutes on my Cellphone for someone to speak to who actually know what is going on?

When will this end? The documents I am sending are all less than 3 months old and conforms to the FNB Annexure A \Declaration of Understanding list"

I have logged complaints a Month and a half ago on Helopeter and have not received a word back from FNB other than your complaint has been logged.... I have posted on the Facebook page"
