I am so FURIOUS with FNB, I took out a hospital plan, which I was told I would b paid should I be hospitalized. I claimed and was sent from pillar to post as sick as I was, the hospital Dr filled in the necessary forms, but I was told to go 2 my local clinic so that they can get my medical history on how many times I consult and wat not. Everytime I submitted wat they required I would be told that they need something else. I canceled the plan, and guess what? They r still debiting my account.
