I took her to a branch of FNB in Pietermaritzburg, and they suggested she phones FNB Life Insurance ***, which she did, but with no success. All she wants to know is, whether this policy will pay out only in the event of an accident, for her and the beneficiaries noted on the policy. This is not what she intended it to be.
