FNB FERNDALE ON REPUBLIOCC

I would just like to give a big shout out to Eulalie at the Ferndale on Republic Branch of FNB. Best Service Ever. I was rather annoyed on entering the branch as an account, for no reason that I could see, had been deactivated. The Branch was very busy but she was the calm in the storm and took time to listen attentively to my problem and knew exactly what to do to sort it out. She took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and even made me do the inter-account transfer to ensure every was in order and I was happy. She was always patient, caring, kind and never got rattled when people interrupted her. She deserves all 5 Stars for outstanding service which in today's world is hard to find.
