FNB (Fees Not Banking)

I refer to logged queries: *** on 15 March 2021 - The bank agreed to give back the double deduction, done 20 March 2021.

*** on 20 March 2021 - the bank agreed to give back the R80 cost, this was not done. Please action today, I will not wait another week!

I am sick of having to go to a flatform like this to get a reaction. This is ridiculous.

Customer since FNB took over Saambou - 28 years.
