FNB Fees

I have incurred over R1000 in bank charges due to Debit orders that have failed. I have requested on several occasions for these Unauthorized payments to be stopped but to no Avail. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I am currently sitting with charges that I cannot afford. I have even tried stopping these Debit Orders on the APP, I've spoken to bankers, Chatted to them on the App but no-one has been able to resolve this. I WANT THESE CHARGES REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT! I have even exclaimed to them how I have reached out to the vendors for these to be cancelled yet the Vendor is still attempting these transactions. POOR SERVICE ALL ROUND!!!!!!!
