FNB fees

FNB deducted an amount of R1370 from my account for bundle payment fees, on top of the monthly service fee I pay. I contacted the online chat on two occasions and none of them can give me an answer, they refer me to the pricing guide. The pricing guide does not say anything about the payment bundle fee. Why would I contact the bank If I can go to the pricing guide to get an answer. FNB charges are ridiculous and they don't have answers for my questions. Why am I paying a payment bundle fee if I pay a service fee, I only receive payment from my salary, I don't even withdraw cash. I need a better service provider
