FNB fees

The way they treat a customer that has been banking with for sooo long (over 10years) is appalling!! My account has been subjected to a **** and I want to close it and open a new one while making arrangements to pay the negative amount on the other account but they refuse! They still want to charge me monthly fees for an account I won't be using and CLEARLY want to close!! Defeats the whole purpose to pay R219 for two accounts plus the arrangement amount!! Then what's point of making arrangements?? SIES! There's no empathy and understand from you guys! Been banking with you for over 10 years and I've never been so disappointed!
