FNB feels feathers for client security
Numerous times I have asked to have the tapping function removed from my bank cards. I was promised it was done, but this weekend the tapping function was still there. As a paying customer with a long standing record, I cannot see why I have to ask numerous times for something simple like this. All in order to protect the security of my account. Now the only way is to issue me with the swiping cards, that does not expire after a month. I know it is possible, as it has been done before, but FNB decided to cancel them before the expiry date. If this is not done, I will be forced to go to the banking ombudsman
