FNB - FEEDBACK Required ASAP

Good afternoon,

After numerous attempts of follow up on a claim we sibmitted, we still haven't received any feedback on an email sent in October already...

By the late payment being made, extra interest is now being charged & my credit score is being affected,

Really not happy with the reply -timeline for FNB.
