FNB - Feedback Poor

I visit a branch last month to sort out signing rights in my account.

Nomnikelo Mgubela (FNB) assisted me. Initially we were impressed by her service and knowledge. She offered a fushion account for me and my wife.

She said I was approved for a private facility. I said she could go ahead with the documents. 2 weeks later I followed up on this matter. Couple of days later I was asked to submit 3 months payslips which I supp****. Now a week or so on , followed up and finally font a long awaited reply.

I need to submit SARS documents!

FNB you have all the documents and sell empty applications.

I will move my account and my wife’s account to Discovery.
