FNB is not ethical at all, I have an account with FNB but have not used it for a year because I had to change bank accounts and my loan got behind. I was planning to pay this loan account but to find out my account is in a Negative R9639 and this is all FNB bank fees which is more than the loan that I want to settle. After numerous attempts to close this account and to settle these loan accounts FNB wants to keep me liable for an account for fees of R9639 this does not make sense I have not used a cent of this R9639. I want FNB to contact me and explain why I must pay this an account which an FNB employee told me is dormant and should not worry about it is now a problem. This is what we call white collar theft.
