FNB FEE ****S AND EWALLET RIDICULOUS CHARGES

Hello peter I would like to report FNB on its ***** ****s on fees and ewallet fees ..every now and then when I send ewallets I spenc more than the agreed amount !! they deduct more than R100 on my account for reversal they charge R16 and they have been chargung me more than 100 everytime .. secondly everyday I have - amounts on my account even now I have -55 which I dont know about and all my service fees are deducted on the 19th of each month I have tried escalating it to the team on secure chat but they failing to tell me where the -55 is coming from can all my monies be reversed with immediate effect as this is a **** and I have been such a good client to fnb my account always has money and is up to date . I just spoke to sandile on secure chat his sending me from pillar to post with no explanations can I have all my extra ewallet fees charged taken everytime and the -55 to be reversed I am so ****ed off with FNB and their ****s on their clients
