FNB "Fee Honoring" - #Item Paid No Funds

I'd just like to share that I will be taking my banking elsewhere as I find it very unfair that because a merchant did there banking after the date that I did the transaction when i had available funds that I must be charged R120 a transaction. It states on my statement the date of the transaction but because the merchant did their banking 4 days later when i had no available funds that I must be charged for the fees.

It has never been the case in the past, if this is your new rules FNB, then why have your customers not been informed of this charge?

I see I am not the only one with this problem, but as I said - I will be taking my business elsewhere.
