Fnb featherbrooke village

The most horrible service from Fnb in featherbrooke village. There is only one staff member to assist the customers. When asked why everyone in the line has to wait so long (i have been waiting for longer than 30 minutes to be seen by an agent) a simply arrogant response by the gentleman handling guest relations at the door says the lady has to take lunch and i will wait. I have my business account with fnb and my personal account with them and never have i received such disgusting service from a branch. I do not advise anyone to use this branch.
