FNB Fears not Hello Peter

with reference to my complaint on the 22nd of September 2015 I got a ref number form FNB of 764279. I was contacted and told that they had emailed me my documents on the 23rd of July but they will however resend them to me. to this day NOTHING so clearly not even areport on Hello Peter will shake the bad service offered by this bank. I left them and moved my account to another bank because of this terrible service now im back thinking there would be a difference bu clearly not im moving my business account
