FNB FEAA CARD AND ATM DID ME BAD, I'M STRANDED.

Yoh I'm super frustrated, it was my second time using FNB, I have a feza card and went to withdraw at North gate, I could hear the money loading and guess what the money didn't come out except a slip indicating a withdrawal being successful, I went inside the FNB branch nd I was told to fill the form or call to file a claim, guys that was my last R1300 as I'm writing this I'm working around asking people for money to return home since I stay in Boksburg but was in Northgate FNB, my question is why didn't it reverse asap, I have to now wait for Monday for them to check my claim, yoh like I'm a mess, someone please tell me they'll reverse soon, I'm terrified. I've never experienced this worse it's atm jst next to the branch. .
