FNB can literally cause depression and anxiety for its customers. Yesterday my account was put on hold, for reasons that I am not even aware of. I tried calling the bank several times and none of them can explain WHY they put it in hold. Apparently the person who put the hold is off duty and I must wait for them to get back???? Okay so all my business transactions are on hold JUST BECAUSE one person put a hold and went off duty without leaving a reason why they did what they did?

So if they don't come back, I must wait until they're back so they can call me? On a business account? Very unprofessional. Imagine, the losses that I have to go through ☹️☹️☹️
