FNB - Faulty systems, no communication, Is my money even safe with this bank?

I was called on the 18th to upgrade my account to a premier account. By the 20th it still wasn't upgraded despite being assured my the FNB representative on the 18th that it was and that i would get a call from the courier in a few days to deliver my new card. Naturally i went onto the app to ask an aspire agent, but after several disconnections and reconnections to different agents, at one point engaging with one agent (who identified themselves as a completely different name to their name on the app) whilst being told that the agent I was actually supposed to be talking to was still waiting for my response I naturally got suspicious. especially after receiving a message on the app that I was engaging with an FAIS agent and that my consent preferences had been updated while I was working and clearly not engaging with an FNB agent in any way or form. Naturally I called the ***** department who could not see the notifications i'd received on their side. at this point i was beyond frustrated with the FNB system that was either hacked or clearly glitching in a massive way. Long story short, i went into a branch over the weekend where i was informed that there was no ***** on my account, but my account had been frozen by the ***** department (despite me clearly telling them not to in case i needed to use my account) so before anything else could happen we first had to phone the ***** department to unfreeze my account. Then the cashier in the branch informed me i was eligible to upgrade my account which we did, i even signed the electronic customer agreement on my app at which point the FNB system of course glitched again i assume because the branch cashier kept trying to find the agreement on my app. eventually he told me to go home and keep refreshing until i received a prompt for a delivery address. it's now 3 days later and i still have not received any prompt to select a delivery address for cards for my new account, it still has not upgraded on the app, ive spoken to agents on the app who either seem very confused that i say my account is upgraded (clearly they cant see anything on their side) or tell me to wait 5-10 business days for the upgrade to occur automatically. I have a copy of the customer agreement on my app, ive spoken to 2 different FNB employees who confirm the upgrade has happened and several others on the app who i assume think it hasnt and havent received any resolution on this problem as of yet. Ive reported on hellopeter too and got a response from the customer complaints department that FNB was investigating and that was that. Does the FNB system even work? I have zero confidence in their IT and to be honest genuinely dont feel safe having my money with them at this point and they literally dont seem to care at all. My question is, if the system bugs out, and no one can identify it, let alone fix it, how do i trust that any of the other things ive thought were suspicious on my account arent in fact system faults or ***** that FNB is just to slack to do anything about? Even if its not *****, a system error that takes 5-10 business days (which im sure is just the noncommital equivalent to saying "we dont actually know whats going on but wait and see") just to upgrade an account is unacceptable. What happens if a system error affects my money? and how do i trust a bank that has system errors like this?

Guys please just sort your app out. It's clearly not ok. I submitted all my information for delivery 3 days ago, at which point i was given the message that delivery would take place in 3-5 business days. It's now 3 days later and i get a call from the courier now only to confirm delivery with the wrong delivery address. Cleary your app isnt speaking to the rest of the world and again, it doesnt inspire much confidence in your banks ability to properly handle my finances.
