FNB (FAULTY ATM) - HOW THEY DID NOT HELP ME

This morning at 7h30 I deposited money into an FNB ATM at Carlswald. Did the whole deposit process (Adding accout number, Ref name, My Name then cell number) then it asked me to add the money. Made sure that my money was straight no folds, then put it in the machine. Next thing I saw a cursor on the screen, then the screen went blank. The machine then wrote atm shutting down. Ihad not received my slip. I then called the person I was depositing the money to, to check if the money went through they told me nothing had come through. I then stood there because I was hoping it ws not some kind of a *******. I then called the customer number on the atm ( ********** 0132) I was told to contact the nearest branch. I told them I am at the nearest branch (Carlswald) but it is closed. She assured me that the money will not come out and that I should not worry. I waited a few minutes. A lady that works for fnb opened up the branch. I did not go to her yet bu I am sure the security guard she walked in with told her about me. she thn walked out after a few minutes that is when I approached her to tell her what had happened. she then said she will attend to me. I waited waited and waited she did not some back to me until the branch wsa opened at 9am (no sense of urgency) Funny enough your slogan is "How Can We Help" Anyway I then walked to ladies in front told her what had happened that I deposited a huge amount of money and that it got swallowed by the machine and did not get a slip. She told me I have to fill in a form and say what happened and how much I deposited and to whom I was depositing the money to. I even wrote on the form that I had no slip. Nothing was done to retrieve the money. I didn't feel like they were concerened. All they did was push paper and give me a copy and said I should wait for 48hrs. I am really not happy about the service and FNB (thank goodness I do not bank with them) I honestly though they were really good to clients but I did not get that from them. I really hope that this matter will be solved and will be fixed by tomorrow morning. If they do not want to see a case of a mad woman running into their branch!!!! Really pised off
