FNB FAST ASLEEP AGAIN - MARCEL FERGUSON!!
Mr Marcel Ferguson called me after the numerous complaints on FNB from Retail Core Banking on Friday. I received an email ... in writing of what i owe. i responded on friday, tried calling him, emailed him a few times yesterday. still waiting. why so pathetic? are you'll intentionally trying to stress me out more than i need to be. maybe a manager or director from FNB CAN RESOLVE THIS MATTER!!

09 May 2022, 12:57 So Shumeera is very very biased and unprofessional. according to her, the last call Marcel Ferguson explained to me about the 2 accounts ()but is refusing to listen and provide me feedback on all his emails - asking me not to pay) as well as the call saying "it looks like these are charges and we looking at writing it off, I am liaising with my manager and debt rescue. we are investigating" . 09/05/2022 - Shumeera wants to send the voice recording to a branch for me to listen. is she crazy!! this query started in Dec 2021 and to date not resolved. where is the professionalism FNB???? How can you'll be such ***** after TWO OF YOUR STAFF - MANDISWA MTSHALI AND MARCEL FERGUSON PROVIDED ME WITH INCORRECT INFO! NO BUSINESS ETHICS? Seriously disgusted at the **** youll are running.
