FNB falsying Credit information

I app**** for a business loan after being with FNB since 2018. the application was declined , so I enquired as to the reason. i went through a total of 7 agents before getting an answer this is when the business banking conultant claimed I had judgements on my name and that was the reason for decline. This is utterly false as I work for a financial institution which means i can pull a transunion report on myself so I did .All my accounts are up to date no Judgements. So i want to know why FNB are lying and falsfying information against clients claiming judgements when infact there is no proof .I want an explanation and a formal apology as FNB has no proof yet they go around claiming clients have judgements i than proceeded to contact transunion who went on record to say there was no judgments reflecting on my name yet FNB insists i have judgements.
