FNB false promises and threats

FNB does not even deserve one star. I opened a business account in March this year as I needed a bank for my PayPal account. I was never told that I have to continuously use the account, but had to put R500 in the account to open it. It is now May and the R500 is gone PLUS they are threatening to take me to court for failing to pay another more than R400 for services rendered. I never used the account as the business I had stared has not yet taken off, but now as a pensioner, I have to pay more than R900 in total for what? To receive one banking card and an App? I opened the account in my married surname: Alexandra de Beer and my business start up is Beetlebox Pty Ltd. Their service stinks and after Amanda at the Heritage branch in Port Alfred told me that I should never go to Standard Bank as FNB's rates are so low!
