FNB False Promises

Hi,

Money was ****** from my Cheque account via my Debit Card 28th September 2023. After phoning the FNB ***** line, FNB proceeded to cancel my debit card and they refunded me most of the money (I lost R95 because of a debit order that bounced, FNB froze my account without my knowledge!). Anyway, on the call FNB said they'll provide me with a new FNB debit card for free. It's been more than 2 weeks and I still haven't received my new debit card! I tried calling to ask about the card but I get shoved from one department to the next. So now I'm here.

FNB, when are you sending me my new card? When will I get my Debit Card FNB?
