FNB false information on their clients.

I owed FNB credit card and was placed under judgement. I managed to pay off the settlement and received a proof of payment My misery with FNB they have not closed the account and have me paying na installment of R 7500 on experian bureau which is affecting me.

Tried calling their Legal and sent emails but am not getting any assistance.
