FNB false facilities and no letter

Wow here is not enough space to write my 2-years of hell dealing with this once super bank. So we are applying for a bond and how weird is it that all of a sudden you have personal loans you never app**** for. Yet the balance is zero. So now the bond originator will not submit our application. Fnb do not answer phones, do not reply via email. We need a letter stating we do not have a personal loan. And guess what in 2 days time we might lose our house we purchased as we need a small bond. FNB we demand your letter and secondly it is ***** to create false facilities that an individual did not request!
